Evictions and the COVID-19 pandemic - Background information and resources for LAPC students
The final presentation summarizing the information in the COVID eviction resources document for the Legal Action for People with Cancer Clinic. It follows the same format as the aforementioned document, from federal to state to local, followed by some case studies to help students envision how they would use these resources with their clients. Colleen Linn prepared and gave the presentation.

LAPC COVID-19 and Eviction Resource Guide
This is an organized list of resources focused on the Detroit and Wayne County areas for students at the Legal Advocacy for People with Cancer (LAPC) Clinic. Because several LAPC clients were anticipating eviction at the beginning of the pandemic, this list was compiled with the intention of helping the lawyers who would serve the clients. The resources start at federal, narrow to state and then even further to local governments and courts. The Humanities Clinic intern that compiled this was Colleen Linn.

RISE Humanities Lab White Paper Jan-Jul 2020
A Detroit Water Stories report produced by the Resilient Institutions and Sustainable Environment (RISE) Lab at the Department of Communication. The main subject of it is "Michigan and Detroit's Public Communication on Water Shutoffs Amid COVID-19." The two interns that worked on this project were Sandra Rodriguez Bontemps and Sarah Chapman.

On March 23rd, 2022, Wayne State and Humanities Clinic Alumni joined first and second year English and history PhD students to do a professional networking panel about the publishing industry. They discussed their careers in publishing and editing, and gave tips on how to get the most out of networking.

This is associated with our Council of Graduate Schools initiative, which aims to encourage English and History graduate students to consider diverse career paths with help from the Humanities Clinic.
