On March 23rd, 2022, Wayne State and Humanities Clinic Alumni joined first and second year English and history PhD students to do a professional networking panel about the publishing industry. They discussed their careers in publishing and editing, and gave tips on how to get the most out of networking.

On February 9th, 2022, the Humanities Clinic gathered first and second year English and history PhD students for a focus group on what they wanted to get out of the Council of Graduate Schools initiative. Jeff Pruchnic ran the focus group, and we got some great feedback from the students.

On September 27th, 2021, former Humanities Clinic interns Andrew Hnatow, Allie Penn, and Elizabeth Drake participated in a roundtable about how people can use their English and History PhDs outside of the academy. This is associated with our Council of Graduate Schools initiative, which aims to encourage English and History graduate students to consider diverse career paths with help from the Humanities Clinic.
