यह पटना से प्रकाशित दोआबा पत्रिका के प्रवेशांक की समीक्षा है। दोआबा के संपादक जाबिर हुसेन वरिष्ठ राजनेता और समाजकर्मी भी रहे हैं। वे लगभग एक दशक तक बिहार विधान परिषद के सभापति रहे। उन्होंने बिहार विधान परिषद् की पत्रिका ‘साक्ष्य’ नामक पत्रिका का भी संपादन किया था।
