Branch Libraries Task Force Final Report
The final report of the Branch Libraries Task Force, submitted to the Board of the Music Library Association in January 2012. The report includes case studies of branch music libraries faced with closure and consolidation into larger physical units, describing a range of outcomes. It offers resources for music library staff in a variety of circumstances, whether researching the pros and cons of centralization, challenging a planned branch closure, or implementing a consolidation with minimal disruption.
