Historic maps are from David Rumsey. Here are the two links: https://www.davidrumsey.com/luna/servlet/s/k58zor https://www.davidrumsey.com/luna/servlet/s/fv4v2l Maps were downloaded, converted (as jpeg), converted to TIFF format and uploaded to Mapwarper, where they were Georeferenced (this can be done with greater precision in QGIS).
