The powerpoint slides presented here are the latest draft I have saved for my presentation at SBL San Antonio, 2016. I attempted to outline how my work towards producing an intended paper on the use of scripture in the Damascus Document had been thwarted by withholding of information that was part of a systemic cultural transformation in SQE, undermining my initial vision and imposing increasingly ineffective counter-measures to move the project away from open access and collaboration.
