This story map is a visualisation two chapters of my book written in French (see below). It explains in a visual way the complex relationship between the Swiss Government and the ICRC  through two dramatic events that occurred simultaneously in 1942-43: "the shackling of prisoners of war" and "the silence of the ICRC in the face of deportations".
