We have TOC data in our ONIX feeds and it displays on the book pages on our website and Edelweiss.
It also feeds to CoreSource, so it is available for any partners that will take it, but that is a moving target. Similar to your experience, we have not seen Amazon display the TOC data on book pages.

We have an author who has been ordained a deacon in the Coptic Church. With that comes a name change. We’ll update our records to reflect the new name consistently, but the author is concerned that people who search for the book under his old name will not find it.
