Susan Miller-Cochran is associate professor of English at North Carolina State University and Director of the First-Year Writing Program. Her research interests include the intersections of writing, pedagogy, and technology. Before coming to NC State in 2006, she was a faculty member in the Maricopa Community College District. She has served on the Executive Committee of the Conference on College Composition and Communication (CCCC) and the Executive Board of the Council of Writing Program Administrators. She is currently Secretary of the Executive Board of the Carolinas Writing Program Administrators, and she spends most of her time preparing for hosting the 2012 Computers and Writing conference at NC State in May.
