About

I am a Ph.D. candidate and Project Coordinator, working at New York University. In my dissertation, I study the relationship between economic thinking and literature.

I have taught undergraduate courses on topics ranging from medieval and early modern literature to intersections of psychology and medicine with literature. In my classrooms, I focus on thinking through texts with my students, using them as tools to develop skills of critical thinking.

I coordinate the Postcolonial, Race, and Diaspora Colloquium at the Department of English, NYU. I am also the Project Coordinator for the Medical Humanities Working Group. Working in these capacities, along with my previous jobs as acquisitions assistant at the NYU Division of Libraries, as well as a fellowship advisor, have helped me develop skills of project management as well as public relations.
