ASEEES Announcements on ASEEES Commons 9 years agoThe Trump Administration is considering elimination of the National Endowment for the Humanities, along with other cultural agencies. We must let members of Congress and the White House know we strongly support federal funding for the humanities and oppose elimination of the NEH.

We actually cleaned up a lot of the academic interests when we first moved to the HC platform (MLA Commons had existed for 3 years at that point so we had a lot of interests listed there). I get the sense that it’s rather arbitrary and up to the individual email systems but I am not an expert in such things! I will certainly let the rest of the HC team know so we can look into it more…
