About
Philipp Conzett is a subject librarian for Nordic and Finnish/Kven Linguistics and Literatures at the University Library,
UiT The Arctic University of Norway (
https://en.uit.no/).
As a member of the library’s research support team, he devotes much of his time to working on
Open Science, especially research data management. He is the repository manager of DataverseNO (
https://dataverse.no) and of the
Tromsø Repository of Language and Linguistics (TROLLing;
https://trolling.uit.no).
He is a member of several working groups and managing committees related to research data management and Open Science, including European Research Infrastructure for Language Resources and Technology (CLARIN), the European Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST), LIBER (Ligue des Bibliothèques Européennes de Recherche – Association of European Research Libraries), RDA in Norway, and the RDA Linguistics Data IG.
Philipp holds an MA in
Nordic Linguistics and is currently doing research on word-formation and grammatical gender in Norwegian.
