About

I manage the Teaching & Learning Unit for the Michigan State University Libraries. Our unit teaches information literacy sessions for students taking a First Year Writing class from the Department of Writing, Rhetoric, and American Cultures (WRAC). Before coming to MSU, I spent time as an Instruction & Reference Librarian at Mars Hill College in Asheville, NC, an Elementary school teacher in Raleigh, NC and also as a Teacher of English as a Foreign Language while serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Slovak Republic.
