Internationally the term ‘dispute’ usually refers to a dispute between the states or institutions or organisations as well as between various persons be it a natural person or a legal person. The term ‘dispute’ therefore in International Law refers to any kind of disagreement or difference of opinion among the states either on a legal point or on a political point.
