I am a Professorial Lecturer for the Theatre/Musical Theatre Program in the Department of Performing Arts at American University, where I also serve as Music Director for productions at the Greenberg and Katzen Studio Theatres.

I recently defended my Ph.D. Dissertation in the Department of Music Theory at Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music: “Through Arrangements of Shadows: Experiences of Reprise in Stephen Sondheim’s Leitmotivic Musicals.”
