The meetings are happening virtually in the weeks before or after Mexico City. I submitted a date but it may be tentative as I have not heard back from ARLIS/NA. The dates / Zoom links for all meetings will be part of SCHED and they do not want more than 2 meetings in a time slot.

I tried to find them, pretending I had just heard that the CAC had posted a couple chapters of the revised CEP. I went to the CORE Repository link on the left margin, I picked ARLIS/NA Deposits.
