Wikipeadia and Wikisource) can cooperate in order to enhance digital methods in regional studies research. It uses the examples of different projects the Saxon State and University Library (SLUB) Dresden undertakes with theses communities.

Erfolgreiche Digitalisierung im Kulturbereich funktioniert weder über den „Masterplan“, noch über komplexe Hierarchiestrukturen – und schon gar nicht mit zu viel Angst und Vorsicht oder mit Personen, die es eigentlich nicht wollen. Meine Empfehlung lautet daher: Leine lassen, Neues ausprobieren – und Spaß haben!
