Dissertation project “Property and Authorship in Digital Culture”
My project is situated at the intersection of copyright law, digital technology, and video gaming cultures. I discuss Let’s Play videos, livestreaming, and similar gameplay videos and how these works and the communities that form around them are affected by the current copyright regime. Memberships
