The meetings are happening virtually in the weeks before or after Mexico City. I submitted a date but it may be tentative as I have not heard back from ARLIS/NA. The dates / Zoom links for all meetings will be part of SCHED and they do not want more than 2 meetings in a time slot.

ARLIS/NA Materials SIG on ARLISNA Commons 3 years agoApologies for the delay on this, but I’ve submitted a tentative date for our annual conference meeting, to be held via Zoom.
Please hold your calendar:
Wednesday, May 3 at 10am Pacific / 11am Mountain / 12pm Central / 1pm Eastern.
(I hope I got that correct. I’ve been on the west coast four months now and still don’t know what time it is!)

My vote is May 2 or May 3 at 12pm, 1pm, or 2pm CDT.
As 11am CDT is 9am Pacific, I know it’s a rush to be right on time that early. Thoughts?

I would prefer May 3rd at 11, 12, 1, 2, or 3 for the meeting. I could also do May 2nd or 1st in the afternoon. This first week of May works better for me as it is closer to the end of the semester and to finals.
