Alongside Leif Isaksen, I co-lead the Digital Humanities Lab at Exeter. The Lab’s mission is to embed digital methods into research and teaching across the College of Humanities at Exeter, and to provide a hub for exchange of ideas, methods teaching and research excellence.
The Lab has specialisms in a range of DH fields, including geospatial applications, text encoding/editing, 2D and 3D imaging, and data sustainability & preservation. Education
As with many digital humanists, I’ve created a unique and individual path to my current position, including degrees in Linguistics and Computer Science, text criticism and analysis, philosophy, and software engineering – all recalled in varying levels of fidelity!
