I would prefer May 3rd at 11, 12, 1, 2, or 3 for the meeting. I could also do May 2nd or 1st in the afternoon. This first week of May works better for me as it is closer to the end of the semester and to finals.

Yeah, it’s more for the preemptive measures of archiving the video before it gets to the web. So dealing with the master files, project files, associated images used, etc. Thank you for your response and for the resources! It’s greatly appreciated 🙂
