About
I am currently a PhD candidate in
Critical Social Psychology at
The Graduate Center (CUNY). I am broadly interested in how our sense of self is played out through representational politics and negotiated within discourses of nationalism, transnationalism, and diasporas. Currently, I am working on projects that considers how these relationships are further mediated through the internet and online platforms, including in far-right spaces and K-pop and Boys Love (BL) fan communities.
Through my role as a
GC Digital Initiatives Digital Fellow, I am also invested in conversations on critical data literacies and ethics, as well as possibilities for non-conventional academic publications.
