About

I am the Assistant Librarian at the Kimbell Art Museum Library in Fort Worth Texas. I hold an MLIS from the University of North Texas where I also received a Graduate Certificate in Art Museum Education. Previously, I received a BFA in printmaking from the University of Texas, and I continue as an artist in drawing and painting media.

 

My career focus is to blend a love for books, art history, and art education with a working knowledge of art creation methods and exhibition. I am excited to take part in this new chapter of art librarianship and educational programming, as I see a profound need for an artistic voice in our local and global communities.
