    David Kim is a Ph.D. student in the department of Information Studies at UCLA. His interests are digital humanities, archival theory and participatory media. He received his MA in English from NYU, focusing on performances of race/gender/sexuality contingent upon the spaces domesticity and labor. He has worked with various public and community-based arts organizations in NYC as archivist and digital curator. He’s currently developing a 3-D digital mapping project about the spatial dimensions of community murals in Los Angeles, as well as teaching courses on digital humanities and information societies.
