About

I am a second-year PhD student with an emphasis in Latin America and minors in the fields of global/comparative history and higher education. My dissertation research examines Chilean student networks, politics, and mobilization from 1964 through 1990. My MA thesis focused on the role of politics inside the space of the University of Chile during the Pinochet regime.  I specifically argued that students contributed to reshaping higher education in Chile and that they influenced national policies and politics.
