An introductory survey of historic graffiti was undertaken in selected areas inside Lincoln Cathedral, using community volunteer participation, and made the results and data available to Cathedral authorities. This dataset can be used for developing research, publicity, displays, written information, quizzes and graffiti tours.
Over 3,000 graffiti were recorded, and tours have been established.
