About
I am a PhD student at the department of Philosophy, University of Alberta. I am working on the intersections of philosophy of race, philosophy of AI, ethics of AI, Islamophobia studies and digital humanities. My dissertation addresses the Islamophobia and anti-Muslim racism in Canada and India through a study of different conspiracy theories surrounding topics of population and interpersonal relationships, and the organization of oppressive structures via social media networks.
I am currently also working as a Research Assistant for the
Bridging Divides project (Citizenship and Participation Theme) at the University of Alberta. I am the Graduate Student representative at the
Canadian Society of Digital Humanities / Société canadienne des humanités numériques. Education
