UQUESRG is established in 2023 as one of the initiatives of the scientific research committee in the department of information systems, college of computer sciences and information systems. This group aims to contribute to the research community as well as the industry and redefine the link to contribute to better educational practices within the field. The field of software engineering is concerned with providing solutions and practices that ensure the transition from the traditional environment to the digital environment efficiently and effectively. The area of software engineering is diverse, includes several paths in the software industry, and contributes significantly to other fields of computer science, such as artificial intelligence and businesses across the industry.
