  A brief question, to which I hope someone will have an answer.
  
  I have come across a local article written in 1961 (no references) that mentions a Star Chamber decree of 1633. I cannot find it in Rushworth. Where else might the writer might have found details of something that occurred in the Star Chamber in the 163os? All he says is that The Bell, Rickmansworth, was a wine tavern ‘kept by Sarah Marsh and mentioned in a decree of the Court of Star Chamber in 1633’.
