Hello members of the Post-1945 Music Analysis Interest Group!

As your new co-chairs, we wanted to send a quick message to tell you about our current projects, and we also wanted to see if you would like to be involved in these activities. We are working on two things that might be of interest to you.

We are putting together the call for submissions for the 2022 Publication Award. Our winners from last year, Drake Andersen and Sumanth Gopinath, have agreed to serve on the committee, and we are looking to fill out this committee in the next few days. The commitment would be to assess all of the papers and meet with the committee a couple times between now and November.

We are also planning our 2022 IG meeting. Based on ideas solicited from previous post-conference surveys, we are putting together a session around the work of Iannis Xenakis, whose centenary is this year. We are looking for people who would like to help in the development of this meeting as organizers.

Finally, we want to thank Tara Boyle and Laura Emmery, our co-chairs for the past couple years. They have done outstanding work, and we are incredibly grateful!
