As you participate in other virtual conferences, if you see anything that seems usefully innovative or particularly stimulating, please describe the activity/session/etc. here.

Leslie McCall shared with me some communication about things NASIG is doing to promote participation and access to their upcoming virtual event:

In addition to our synchronous event, many of our other presenters will be recording their talks for on-demand viewing. We will encourage discussion of these events on the NASIG website. The entire conference program will be made freely available on [ YouTube ]( https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCVvnh_CzXS8YgftuvIypTiQ ) after the live event.

Attendees can register by Friday, June 5, 2020 for the synchronous conference here: https://forms.gle/CWP8UXrSsZsiudXX8

If you are unable to register, NASIG will be tweeting out a link to a YouTube LiveStream of the event that will be open to anyone. You can follow us [ @NASIG ]( https://nasig.wordpress.com/mentions/nasig/ ) on Twitter.

The Society for American Music (SAM) held a very successful online conference in 2020. They did everything via Zoom and it all went really well. The Texas Music Library Association and AMS-Southwest just held a great Zoom meeting over three days.  For that one, everyone was asked to make recordings of their presentations that could be played from a central location/stream host, and the presenters  took questions live. There were also social hours held in breakout rooms.
