Allow article uploads to be differentiated according to status of submitted doc

      When I upload an article, it would be great if I could select whether the document is the pre- or post-review authors’s version or a pre-print. In the former cases, displaying the link to the published article (that cannot be uploaded due to copyright issues) would be very useful.
