Add publication title as HTML page title in CORE

      If you go to a deposit page (like: https://hcommons-staging.org/deposits/item/hc:10075/), the HTML title of the page (which also is used for bookmarks and by search engines) is just (“Item – Humanities Commons”). It would be better for SEO and bookmarking purposes to include the actual title of the publication in the HTML.
