• The study determined the viewing comprehension performance of the 7th grader students of San Juan National High School. The study used Single Subject Experimental Design and the respondents were the grade 7 learners. There were 10 respondents (5 male & 5 female) in every average standard score – below average, average, above average. The researcher consulted 3 experts to evaluate their answers. The findings revealed that the viewing comprehension performance of the students with the five different genres was most of the students clearly adhere the ambition genre which was constantly at the high score from before viewing to extended. In addition, there was significant increase in the viewing comprehension performance of the students from before viewing to extended and there was significant difference on viewing comprehension performance of the students according to sex and academic performance. Viewing Comprehension Performance was based on the presentation of pictures and short videos followed by 5 comprehension questions in every structure. The researcher suggested to use this Viewing Comprehension Strategies to enhance the viewing comprehension performance of the students. In connection with this, the researcher made workbook that can help students to hone their language skills.
