Invitation: Launch of the Musicology and Ethnomusicology Hub, The University of Adelaide

Everyone is warmly invited to the launch of the Musicology and Ethnomusicology Hub at the Elder Conservatorium of Music, The University of Adelaide, on 5 May at 4.30 pm (Adelaide time).

The Hub was established late last year. It aims to facilitate collaborative research in a collegial and nurturing environment, building on Adelaide’s long and strong record of research in musicology and ethnomusicology. The Hub is directed by Associate Professor Sally Macarthur, Dr Julja Szuster and Professor Paul Watt.

The Hub will be launched by Professor Jennie Shaw, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) with words of welcome and support from Professor Graeme Koehne, Director of the Elder Conservatorium and Professor Jennifer Clarke, Head of the School of Humanities.

The launch will include the announcement of the inauguration of two major international research projects.
