English abstract: A commented account of Norman N. Holland’s paper “Unity Identity Text Self”, a classic of the theory of literary reception from a psychoanalytic perspective. The original title has been rewritten in my own title so as to further clarify the relationships proposed by Holland between these four terms: unity, identity, text, and self.
