Hi all, I have made a few changes to reflect what we discussed in our meeting. I have also attempted to resolve the quorum issue we were struggling with. Quorum will only really matter for voting. Based on a suggestion from another interest group, I have added language that states that voting will remain open until 5% of the membership (based on the average of the last 3 meetings attended) has been reached or until a specified deadline, whichever is later.
