Transnational team members come with so many cultural difference, backgrounds and experiences. I don’t feel we have enough communication with team to get all the under laying facts and assumptions we all bring to the table and this creates challenges in context with International boundaries. The longer we can work together though we can break down the barriers, either real or perceived.
